This place is wow! Everything was so delicious and presentation was incredible! Definitely will put this place as one of my new favorites! The portions are huge and you are not breaking the bank! Probably the only thing that could be improved is the customer service it wasn’t bad just maybe she didn’t want to be at work!

I recently visited Fujiya Ramen Sushi Bar, and I had an excellent dining experience from start to finish. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere that was both comfortable and relaxing, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Started with Spicy garlic edamame. It was good. I have had better at some other places but this was also decent. Agedashi Tofu was amazing. The Tempura sauce/Tentsuyu was out of this world. For my main course, I ordered ramen, and it exceeded my expectations. The broth was rich, savory, and full of depth, while the noodles had the perfect texture. The toppings were generous and complemented the dish wonderfully. It was one of those meals that leaves you feeling completely satisfied without being overly heavy. Yaki Udon was also really good. The sauce was rich and flavorful. Will be definitely back.

Service was amazing. Edamame was on the harder side, but their takoyaki is amazing. The chasu pork wasn’t tender, it felt overcooked. Ramen broth was nice and creamy. Noodles were fine, though I wish their kikurage could be softer. The spicy ramen in particular isn’t extremely spicy, it can be enjoyed by anyone. Overall this is a great place although I’d look at their beef or chicken options next time.

The Ramen was delectable. I loved the broth and the beef was great quality. I nearly finished the entire bowl. The sushi roll was not as impressive but still delicious. My sushi roll came quite late compared to everyone else’s and the fried shell did not taste as fresh. The service was quite slow and took about 25 minutes to receive our food.

This place was very welcoming and friendly. Was much needed after a beautiful hike . The ramen I chose was the spicy miso . Extra add in i chose was cilantro, roasted seaweed and OFCOURSE the delicious EXTRA EGG. Broth was everything I wanted it to be. Noodles were perfectly cooked. My boyfriend got a different ramen and he enjoyed it too. Also ordered the spicy garlic edamame. Those were good too, I told her extra sauce on those and added Sriracha to it as well. And we also ordered the jalapeños bullet as well for us to share. EVERYTHING was to my liking. The have a really long menu on their sushi. We will Definitely be coming back and getting some of that sushi. We were too stuffed to order anything else. Really big bowls on the ramen. Had leftovers to bring home. So it's got good quality and quantity. I rate this place a 10 out of 10. 5 stars for sure. Waitress was friendly and involved with our visit.
